Proof Before Production (Unlimited Revisions)
You will receive a preview proof by email before production begins.
You can request changes, and we will revise the artwork until you approve the final version.
Production starts only after you approve the final proof.

🖼️ Custom-Made Items (No Returns or Exchanges)
Because every item is custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. (unless damaged in transit)

🚚 Damaged in Transit (We’ll Fix It)
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damage (product + packaging)
We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible (replacement or another appropriate solution).

🕒 Order Cancellations
Because items are custom-made, cancellations are only possible 1 day after your purchase.
